The Philippines’ housing market was struggling in 2020 and 2021.
In 2023 the average price of 3-bedroom condominium units in Makati CBD raised by 16.11%, far better than the previous year’s 6.20% fall. In fact it was the worst performance since 1998. Quarter-on-quarter, house prices in the CBD fell by 8.7% in Q4 2021.
2023 is a new start for homeowners and homebuyers in the Philippines.
The economy is rising and in Brussels they are optimistic about it and want to be a better partner for the Philippines.
